Being Ill, Getting Well |
| Everyone falls ill sometime or the other. But each of us has different
experiences related to 'getting well'! there are good doctors and bad ones;
efficient hospitals and corrupt ones, and so on. Hospitals may turn me away
or worse, charge such high fees that they are unaffordable.
Do i as a citizen of this country have any rights to demand good care from a
doctor? Where are the government hospitals? Why are they so badly kept? Are
they really worse than private hospitals? What does India spend on taking
care of its citizens? Can I do anything to improve medical and health care?
